【摘要】:1.1Thisstandarddealswiththeelectromagneticimmunityofappliancesandsimilarapparatusforhouseholdandsimilarpurposesthatuseelectricity,aswellaselectrictoysandelectrictools,theratedvoltageoftheapparatusbeingnotmorethan250Vforsingle-phaseapparatustobeconnectedtophaseandneutral,and480Vforotherapparatus.Apparatusmayincorporatemotors,heatingelementsortheircombination,maycontainelectricorelectroniccircuitry,andmaybepoweredbythemains,bytransformer,bybatteries,orbyanyotherelectricalpowersource.Apparatusnotintendedforhouseholduse,butwhichneverthelessmayrequiretheimmunitylevel,suchasapparatusintendedtobeusedbylaymeninshops,inlightindustryandonfarms,arewithinthescopeofthisstandard,asfarastheyareincludedinCISPR14-1,andinaddition:—microwaveovensfordomesticuseandcatering;—cookinghobsandcookingovens,heatedbymeansofr.f.energy,(single-andmultiple-zone)inductioncookingappliances;—appliancesforpersonalcareequippedwithradiatorsintherangefromUVtoIR,inclusive(thisincludesvisiblelight).1.2Thisstandarddoesnotapplyto:—equipmentforlightingpurposes;—apparatusdesignedexclusivelyforheavyindustrialpurposes;—apparatusintendedtobepartofthefixedelectricalinstallationofbuildings(suchasfuses,circuitbreakers,cablesandswitches);—apparatusintendedtobeusedinlocationswherespecialelectromagneticconditionsprevail,suchasthepresenceofhighe.m.fields(forexampleinthevicinityofabroadcasttransmittingstation),orwherehighpulsesoccuronthepowernetwork(suchasinapowergeneratorstation);—radioandtelevisionreceivers,audioandvideoequipment,andelectronicmusicinstrumentsotherthantoys;—medicalelectricalappliances;—personalcomputersandsimilarequipmentotherthantoys;—radiotransmitters;—apparatusdesignedtobeusedexclusivelyinvehicles;—babiessurveillancesystems.1.3Immunityrequirementsinthefrequencyrange0Hzto400GHzarecovered.1.4Theeffectsofelectromagneticphenomenarelatingtothesafetyofapparatusareexcludedfromthisstandardandarecoveredbyotherstandards,forexampleIEC335.Abnormaloperationoftheapparatus(suchassimulatedfaultsintheelectriccircuitryfortestingpurposes)isnottakenintoconsideration.NOTEAttentionisdrawntothefactthatadditionalrequirementsmaybenecessaryforapparatusintendedtobeusedonboardshipsoraircraft.1.5Theobjectofthisstandardistospecifytheimmunityrequirementsforapparatusdefinedinthescopeinrelationtocontinuousandtransient,conductedandradiatedelectromagneticdisturbances,includingelectrostaticdischarges.Theserequirementsrepresentessentialelectromagneticcompatibilityimmunityrequirements.NOTEInspecialcasessituationswillarisewherethelevelofdisturbancesmayexceedthetestvaluesspecifiedinthisstandard.Intheseinstancesspecialmitigationmeasuremayhavetobeemployed.
